01Scope
These terms are issued by 星线软件技术(四川)有限责任公司 (“Starline” or “we”) and apply to access to and use of Starline’s official company website and legal and privacy information websites. Starline accounts are also governed by Starline Account Terms. See Privacy Notice for related personal information processing.
Purchases, delivery, refunds, and after-sales support for cloud servers, software development, email, and other products are governed by the relevant service’s orders, contracts, and specific terms. These terms do not replace a separate contract signed by both parties, and website content does not replace service delivery commitments.
02Acceptable website use
You may visit the website to learn about Starline’s business, inquire about services, and read legal information. Comply with applicable law and respect other people’s intellectual property, personal information, and other lawful rights and interests.
Do not impersonate others, submit false materials, distribute unlawful content, or disrupt the website through malicious requests, bypassing security measures, introducing malware, or similar actions. These rules must not improperly restrict lawful permitted uses or authorised security testing.
03Website content and external links
We work to keep website information accurate. Service configurations, prices, and availability may change. Before making a purchase decision, confirm the actual order or contract details. If you find an error, let us know through the contact page.
The website may link to other websites or services. After following a link, read the terms and privacy rules of that service. An external link does not, by itself, mean that Starline guarantees a third party, nor does it release Starline from any liability imposed by law.
04Content use and rights protection
Starline’s brand marks, original text, and website designs are protected by the relevant laws. Unless permitted by law or authorised, do not use them in a way that could lead the public to believe you have an authorised, cooperative, or official relationship with Starline.
Rights in third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Conditions of use depend on the relevant authorisation or licence. See Intellectual Property and Complaints for further guidance on quotations, brand use, and infringement complaints.
05Maintenance, interruptions, and liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, or security incidents. We will take reasonable action appropriate to the circumstances. Availability and compensation for purchased services are governed by the relevant service’s contract and applicable law.
Any limitation of liability must comply with applicable law. These terms do not exclude consumers’ statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for losses caused by Starline’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
06Changes to the terms and dispute resolution
When the published terms change, we will identify the version and effective date and give reasonable notice of changes to important rights and obligations. Where renewed consent is legally required, valid consent must be obtained separately. Updating the webpage alone cannot replace it.
You may first raise a website dispute through the contact page. If it cannot be resolved through discussion, you may seek a resolution from a people’s court with jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law. Your rights to complain, report, and pursue other statutory remedies are unaffected.
