01Rights in brands and content
Rights in the branding, original content, and designs on Starline’s websites belong to 星线软件技术(四川)有限责任公司 or the relevant rights holders. The scope of those rights depends on applicable law and the actual rights held. This notice does not claim unverified trademark registrations or patent rights.
Third-party trademarks, names, and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Mentioning a third party on the website does not, by itself, imply a partnership, endorsement, or authorization.
02Quotations and brand use
You may make lawful quotations and use material for reporting and commentary. Respect the integrity of a work and identify its source as required by applicable law. This notice does not restrict uses permitted by statutory exceptions.
Before using material for commercial promotion, product naming, partnership branding, or another purpose that could cause confusion about its source, contact us and explain the material, context, and scope of use. Without authorization, do not imply that Starline provides or endorses your products or services.
03Software and third-party licences
Use of software and open-source components is governed by the licences and third-party notices supplied with that software. General statements on this website do not reduce rights granted by open-source licences.
Reading or downloading website content does not automatically grant intellectual property rights beyond those provided by law or a specific licence.
04Submitting an infringement complaint
If you believe that Starline’s website or related content infringes your rights, you can submit a complaint through the contact page. Identify the complainant and rights holder, provide valid contact details and the specific webpage address or location of the allegedly infringing content, and state the action you are requesting.
Provide evidence of your rights and the alleged infringement. If you submit a complaint on someone else’s behalf, also provide necessary proof of authorization. Materials should be truthful, accurate, and directly relevant to the complaint. Avoid submitting unrelated personal information.
To help locate the issue, you may retain screenshots, access dates, and relevant links. Do not publish other people’s identity document details, contact information, or unverified sensitive materials on public pages.
05Verification and handling
After receiving a complaint, we will verify the materials and take action appropriate to the matter. If the materials are insufficient, we may ask for necessary additional information. Where other parties’ rights and interests are involved, they must have the opportunity to explain and respond as required by law.
Complaints and counter-notices must be handled in accordance with applicable law. Filing a complaint does not, by itself, establish infringement. Temporary website measures do not constitute a final determination of rights. You may still seek administrative or judicial remedies in accordance with the law.
