Starline Account Terms 星线软件技术(四川)有限责任公司 Effective 11 October 2026 Read the rules for registering, signing in to, authorizing access through, and securely using a Starline account. 01 Your account and the scope of these terms Starline accounts are provided by 星线软件技术(四川)有限责任公司 for authentication, account security management, and sign-in authorisation for connected apps. Specific business services remain subject to their own terms. These terms and Privacy Notice together explain account use and information processing. Prices, payment, refunds, and delivery for paid services are not determined by these account terms alone. 02 Registration and keeping information up to date When registering, provide an email address and mobile number that you lawfully use, as requested on the page, and complete the relevant verification. Do not impersonate others or register using an unlawfully obtained email address or mobile number. Keep necessary contact details up to date so you can receive verification codes and account security notices. If your original verification method is unavailable, request help through the contact page. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity. Minors should use the service under a guardian’s guidance. Processing personal information about minors under fourteen requires special rules and guardian consent. Until the relevant mechanisms are in place, do not submit such information yourself. 03 Signing in and account security Available sign-in methods depend on the features actually offered on the account page. They may include passwords, email verification codes, passkeys, and third-party sign-in. High-risk actions may require additional verification. Keep passwords, verification codes, and devices that provide access to passkeys secure, and avoid sharing sign-in credentials. If you discover account misuse or an unusual sign-in, promptly change your credentials, revoke suspicious sessions, and contact us. We take account security measures to meet our legal obligations. Responsibility for another person’s use of an account must be determined by the facts, each party’s fault, and applicable law. It cannot automatically be placed entirely on the account holder. 04 Third-party sign-in and app authorisation When you use third-party sign-in options such as WeChat, QQ, or Alipay, the provider processes sign-in information under its own rules. Only a sign-in service that you select and authorise participates in that process. When using a Starline account to sign in to a connected app, read the app name and information scope listed on the authorisation page. The app may request your account identifier, verified email address, or basic profile information. You may refuse authorisation and revoke previously granted app permissions on the account security page. Revoking authorisation stops future access through that authorisation. It does not automatically delete data that a connected app previously obtained lawfully. To delete that data, you must also submit a request to the app concerned. 05 Rules of conduct and enforcement Do not use your account for fraud, distributing unlawful information, unlawfully obtaining others’ data, attacking services, or infringing others’ rights. Security restrictions should be proportionate to the risk. If there is an account security risk or a suspected rule violation, we may require additional verification, revoke sessions, or restrict relevant features. Where circumstances permit, we will explain the main reasons and available resolution channels. If you disagree, you may appeal and request a review. For automated decisions that significantly affect your personal rights and interests, you may, in accordance with the law, request an explanation and human review. Measures taken to protect security do not affect your other statutory rights. 06 Stopping use and deleting your account You may stop using your account and request account deletion through the contact page. Revoking a session or signing out on the account security page is not the same as deleting your account. Before deleting an account, we need to verify the requester’s identity, outstanding service relationships, and necessary security matters. Deletion may prevent further access to services that depend on that account. The relevant effects should be explained before the request is processed. Personal information after account deletion must be handled under applicable law and the retention rules already disclosed. Information that must continue to be retained by law must be restricted to necessary uses. Account deletion must not diminish your statutory rights. 07 Changes to the terms and contact details These terms take effect on 11 October 2026. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and obtain valid consent again where required by law. No provision excludes the rights you have under applicable law. You can submit account appeals, security issues, or questions about these terms through the contact page. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion may be brought before a people’s court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
